This morning was our 2nd dance workshop..
We went to Yishun CC for it..

So, at first, on Wednesday, Pei Wen told us to reach by 9.30 am, but that they might change the timing and will tell us if they do..
Then, I got an email from Uncle Samuel yesterday saying that I had to meet outside the lift of the 3rd floor of Yishun CC by 9 am..
So I was like okay, and I reached there at exactly 9 am, but there was no one!!
(Save for Jun Kai and Jian Xin who were wandering around the 2nd floor..)

So I waited and waited and waited for another 5 min before Hidah came, and she thought she was late!!
She said she received an sms saying to be there by 9.15, then another to be there by 9..
So we waited together for about another 5 min before Camillah and Afiqah came..
And THEY said that they only received an sms to be there by 9.15..

And so we talked and waited and talked and waited and talked and waited, etc..
Then the newcomers came a few minutes after Camillah and Afiqah..
Then finally Pei Wen came at 9.17 am..

And we went into the dance room and did abit of stretching, led by Afiqah, courtesy of Pei Wen..
Then, Pei Wen played some music for us to freestyle again..
This time was better than the last(you'll understand if you've read my post about the previous dance workshop..)
Okay, so not very good, but there was improvement..

Then we danced what we learnt on Wednesday, without music as MeiTing(I remembered the name of the other dance instructor) was the only one who had the song, but she would be there later..

So, we danced, and we got lectured about being serious, and we danced again..
Then Pei Wen wanted us(the newcomers) to do our auditions for the musical, and MeiTing came with another dance instructor..
I believe he's Freddie..

Then we were told that we had to prepare a dance solo for today!!
Luckily we were allowed to dance in groups of no more than 3..
So, I danced with Afiqah and Hidah..
We racked our brains trying to think of a choreography..
Personally, I thought Hidayah's(Note:HidaYAH, not Hidah..) group had the best moves..
Anyway, we didn't have enough moves so we did a repeat, after racking our brains again..
My group exchanged steps with Hidayah's and we sort of re-choreographed the whole thing..

The instructors said there was slight improvement, but it could be better..
At least Freddie didn't see us..
I thought he was abit scary when he was on dance-instructor mode..
I was afraid I might cry when he commented on us..
But luckily he didn't..

Anyway, after the whole thing, we got lectured again about seriousness and another guy, also from Yishun Town Secondary, came, he was late because he had a school performance..
Then it was over!!
I thought I wouldn't need to do the auditions but Pei Wen said that she will listen to us on Wednesday..

SO..

Our next workshop is the consultation workshop and we need to bring shorts and sport shoes as we'll be going running or skipping to build our stamina..
Pei Wen said, and I quote, "don't tell me you got a lot of stamina, unless you can dance for 2 hours or sing for 2 hours, I will be training each and every one of your stamina".

And I thought home-schooling meant no PE..
